Christy began her career at THE SALON by Lora Brown in 2010.One of Christy Watts’ favorite sayings is, “Do something you love and you will never work again.” As a hairstylist, she truly feels this way everyday. She began her career at Exposito School of Hair Design in 1999 and has never “worked” a day since, still finding gratification each day when a client leaves her chair completely satisfied and smiling. During her six years of experience, Christy has always loved making people look and feel good about themselves. Christy believes that the coolest thing about doing hair is that you never stop learning so she stays on top of the latest trends and techniques by attending symposiums, hair shows and classes annually. Some of the artist Christy has been privledged to learn from include  Alicia Marcano-master of balancing art and the reality of the everyday client, Chris Baran- Global Artist director of Design three-time Canadian Hairdresser of the Year,  Dhaniel Doud- Redken educator for over 20 yrs. His work has been featured in Teen Ppl, YM, Allure, American Salon,and Modern Salon, Hugo Urias- Has styled events such as fashion week, and  music videos for Britney Spears, Papa Roach,and Gavin De Graw. He has done editorial work for LA Weekly, Drink Magazine, Teen, and Brides. Sam Villa- key member of Redken's New York fashion week artist team, platform artist and educator at the prestigious Stylist Choice Awards in 2007. He is also Redken's Education Artistic Director , Tisha Hall- travels national & international conducting shows and workshops well versed in disciplines of color design & finishing
