Oribe Take Home Product Allowance
Employees receive $500 worth of Oribe take home products upon onboarding. After this you will receive a quarterly allowance of $900 for Oribe products for an annual benefit of $3600.
Bonuses
The Salon by Lora Brown employees receive quarterly bonus when they have gone above and beyond their duties. This can range from monetary bonus to gifts or gift cards.
In-House Service Allowance
Employees receive $550 each quarter for in-house services if you would like services that cost over this amount you are able to supplement the cost with allowance, resulting in a total annual benefit of $2200.
Education Allowance
All stylists are provided education materials for in house lessons which equates to on average to $800 a year.

Commission Stylists are paid $100 for education classes.,There are twenty in house, hands-on education classes per year. Amounting to $2,000 additional earnings in skills development.
40% Discount
Employees receive a 40% Discount when purchasing Oribe retail products and seasonally have the option to purchase through our supplier at cost.
Oribe Styling Aid Allowance
Stylists at Level 2 through to Level 5 will have access to an annual usage allowance of up to $5,500 for professional styling aids and back bar products.
